I’m all about cheat sheets when it comes to looking my best, and I just got ahold of a great makeup one by Neutrogena‘s Hispanic Beauty Ambassador – Elizabeth Ulloa. Never one to hold on to something this useful for myself, I am sharing it with you! Use it for the upcoming Summer months and be ready to go!
