Cool off with this Mexican Mocha Iced Coffee

Learning how to make Mexican Mocha coffee on my Keurig was one of my favorite accomplishments. It’s my go-to coffee drink when la familia is over. Of course, this hot coffee has no place during the Summer days. A few adjustments and now I have a new favorite cold recipe: the five minute Mexican Mocha Iced Coffee.

This delicious iced coffee recipe highlights the special and distinct flavor of Abuelita Mexican Chocolate. In this case, it’s a double-dose of this amazing flavor by using Abuelita Granulated Chocolate Drink Mix and the new Coffee-mate Abuelita Mexican Chocolate liquid creamer.

The delicious Coffee-mate Abuelita Mexican Chocolate liquid creamer is one of two new creamers out in stores now. The other flavor? It’s Dulce the Leche! These two new Coffee-mate varieties round out an already robust liquid creamer line. The only difference is that when you add either Abuelita Mexican Chocolate or Dulce the Leche creamer into your cafecito, you get that authentic Latin flavor.

I’ve been buying these two new creamers ever since they made their way to the shelves in our local market and I’m crossing my fingers that they are not a seasonal offering because I don’t know what I would do without them. Especially now that I’ve perfected this Mexican Mocha Iced Coffee recipe. It’s has a strong coffee taste (because that’s how I like my coffee), so if you prefer a sweeter drink, back off on the instant coffee and add maybe just 1 tablespoon.
