How to remove your makeup in two simple steps
By the time 8 p.m. hits, I am done. The niños are in bed, I’m getting ready to work the night shift at my computer and I have to show up with a freshly cleansed face. Fortunately, I have my makeup removing routine down pat thanks to my recent partnership with Latina Bloggers Connect and Neutrogena.
I’ve been a fan of Neutrogena Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes for a while now. Not only because it removes 99.3% of all traces of dirt, oil, and makeup, but because I feel amazing after the makeup comes off and I can see my clean, fresh skin afterwards.
Pass the White Towel Test
My go-to makeup removing process takes just a few minutes. Start off by using the Neutrogena Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes then wash your face with a daily cleanser (I like the classic Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash) and dry your face with a white towel. ¡Lista! It’s the modern version of your mom’s “wash your face with a bar soap” routine. Except, this way you have the Neutrogena brand behind you – the one recommended by dermatologists two times more than any other brand.
I can never get my lashes to curl, unless I apply waterproof mascara to them. Unfortunately, it’s super difficult to remove waterproof mascara with just soap alone. Using the Neutrogena Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes I was able to get my lashes back to their natural state with just a few swipes across my eye lids. Try it for yourself – you’ll only need one wipe!
