Dove Clear Tone Anti-Perspirant Review

Dove Clear Tone Anti-Perspirant Review

I’ve been using Dove Clear Tone Anti-Perspirant/Deodorant for over a year now. Seriously. I started using it back in April of 2012 because I was told that Dove Clear Tone is designed to reduce red and dark marks, and even skin tone resulting from shaving irritation. Well, I gave it a try and it worked for me. So I kept buying it.

You might not know it, but every time you shave you reduce the top layer of your skin by 20%. I shave every single day and because of this, my underarm skin loses 50% more moisture which leads to dryness and irritation. This Dove deodorant works by accelerating the natural skin renewal processes, thereby helping to repair red or darkened skin. Similar to what a skin cream might do for wrinkles or damages on your face, this deodorant does for your underarms.

I’ve also kept up my PitiCure routine. I do it at least once a month. It helps the deodorant to do its thing and keep long-lasting results.

I’ve been sticking to the Dove Sheer Touch Invisible Solid, but I’m happy to see that my favorite deodorant comes in new scents now. This new “Pink Rosa” scent makes me feel extra girly every time I put it on. The scent is described as floral and fruity with scents of violet, rose and raspberry blossoms. It goes great with floral perfumes too because very often, it complements it.

I’ve found this particular deodorant under $7 at major retailers and it’s well worth checking it out.
