10 “granny panties” you’ll want to buy this season

Last month, I was gifted a couple of packs of high-waisted panties by Hanes. I gotta tell you, it made me laugh. I mean, I haven’t worn those types of panties since I was in middle school! As it turns out, Hanes was just trying to keep me on trend because… granny panties are back.

It’s true. According to research company NPD Group, sales of thongs decreased 7 percent over the last year, while sales of fuller styles grew a collective 17 percent. These so-called “granny panties” are back in style, but you’ll be happy to know that they’re not as boring as they used to be. I scoured the internet for some of my favorite styles, including a couple currently trending on Instagram. Check ’em out, and keep those bums covered.
