Taking the Ruby Rocket’s challenge
We have found the perfect frozen pops in Ruby Rocket’s. I first tasted them earlier this year at a convention where healthy foods and products were featured. I made sure to bring my boy back and had him taste them too because I knew that he would fall in love with them, just like I did. Bonus? Ruby Rocket’s pops are vegan, organic, non-GMO and not made with high fructose corn syrup. They’re also full of vitamins and nutrients! So it was a win-win.
One by one, the kid sat next to the big Ruby Rocket’s cooler and tried each pop. He preferred some over others, but still devoured each sample that he was given. Of course, I couldn’t let him have all the fun, so I tried some too! My fave? Rock-It Red. Its ingredients include strawberries, beets, carrots, bananas and sweet potato. Not being a big fan of beets, I was pleasantly surprised to see that I couldn’t really taste that red veggie. I also like that each one is less than 40 calories, making it a low-calorie treat.
We finally had the opportunity to share Ruby Rocket’s with the family. Over the weekend, we had family over for lunch and we pulled out boxes of Ruby Rocket’s for everyone to try. The kids loved being able to dig in to these fruit and veggie pops, and the parents were more than happy to let them because we all knew that they were getting some good stuff that is just so darn hard to get them to eat sometimes.
Each Ruby Rocket’s pop is made up of both fruit and vegetables. They are completely dairy-free, gluten-free and even the fudge-flavored pop is made with fair trade cocoa. They’ve truly made it their mission, because as they say:
We are passionate about creating snacks that taste incredible and that your family can enjoy without guilt or fear.

Ruby Rocket’s Challenge
The rest of kids tried Ruby Rocket’s pops for the first time while I filmed. They dubbed it, the “Ruby Rocket’s Challenge.” Check out their fun video! And we encourage you to try the Ruby Rocket’s Challenge at home too.
