I had the best time at Villa del Palmar at the Islands of Loreto last week. One of my favorite treats was this delicious green juice that would kick off our day every morning during breakfast hours.
This delicious green juice is served at the resort to visitors. It helps start the day off on the right foot, fills you up with veggies and fruits that are super good for you, and best of all – it’s super easy to make at home too. Give this easy green juice recipe a try at home, and maybe even mix it up with a few of your favorite fruits and veggies to give it a new spin.
Green Juice Recipe
3 celery stalks, diced
1/2 cup of parsley
1 cup of arugula
1 cup of pineapple, diced
juice of 2 oranges
Pour everything into a blender and mix.
We even enlisted David Ortiz, Mixologist at Villa del Palmar at the Islands of Loreto, to show us how to make this delicious drink. Take a look!
