I had the opportunity to interview the authors of Beautiful Creatures, Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl during their roundtables tour in Beverly Hills. It was quite an experience as we had the opportunity to talk to the stars of the film, but really hearing from the authors on how the book came to be was eye-opening.

They were very down-to-earth, fashionable and all-around cool moms as they talked about how they wrote the book on a dare from their kids, the writing process between the two women and how little they knew when they went into publishing.
