Add Green Mountain Coffee Espresso Iced Lattes to your coffee routine

You know how much I love my cafécito. I drink that good stuff morning, day and night. Well I was recently introduced to the NEW Green Mountain Coffee Espresso Iced Lattes. And while it is delicious, it doesn’t mean that I’ll be giving up my regular Green Mountain K-cups. It just means that now I have more coffee options!

These iced lattes by Green Mountain are stronger than your regular pre-made iced lattes. That gets my biggest thumbs up because too often I have tasted iced coffees that were just too sweet, and didn’t taste much like coffee.

The Green Mountain iced lattes use real milk, cream, and 100% Arabica beans for bold, smooth espresso flavor. They are currently available in two flavors – Vanilla (for a smooth, sweet taste) or Mocha (for a touch of rich chocolate). Not being a huge fan of chocolate, I headed for the vanilla flavor instead.

I served myself a tall glass following their instructions: shake, pour over ice, and enjoy! Because I do like stronger coffee, I froze some espresso in an ice cube tray and poured my iced latte over those cubes, instead of just plain water (so as not to dilute the drink). It didn’t compromise the taste. In my opinion, it made the drink last longer.

If you’re concerned about calories, each iced latte has 140 calories for a one cup serving with only 2.5 grams of fat. Not bad for an afternoon pick-me-up. But if you’re like me and want to know how much caffeine it contains, well these Green Mountain iced lattes have 72 mg of caffeine per 8-oz. serving, compared to 47-174 mg in other leading coffee drinks. Hey, you’re definitely getting your monies worth!

Grab some Green Mountain Coffee Espresso Iced Lattes and take along this $1 off coupon for extra savings! Out here in Southern California, you can grab a 48 ounce bottle for only $4.36. Enjoy!
