5 Spooky treats kids will love at Knott’s Spooky Farm
Knott’s Berry Farm invited the chiclets and my family to Knott’s Spooky Farm – and of course we jumped at the chance. Knott’s Spooky Farm was such a blast last year, and I knew they’d love it just as much this year too. I did want them to have a different experience though, so I thought it would be a blast to find spooky treats that they would remember for the whole season…. and we found them! See our list below for five Spooky treats kids will love at Knott’s Spooky Farm and where to find them on your next trip to Knott’s Berry Farm this month.
p.s. Pick up a Knott’s Berry Farm season pass so you can enjoy ALL the seasons at the farm!!!
5 Spooky treats kids will love at Knott’s Spooky Farm
Nightmare Burger
You can find the Nightmare burger at Coasters in the Boardwalk area for $8.99 plus tax. It’s a grilled burger served on a black bun topped with bacon and macaroni and cheese. Coasters has an ordering system that uses touch screen computers. Order the burger as a regular burger and let the attendant know that you want the Nightmare burger. This one was a huge hit in my family. Big enough for two to share .
Pumpkin Chiffon Shake
You can find the Pumpkin Chiffon Milkshake at Coasters in the Boardwalk area for $6.99 plus tax. The shake tastes just like a slice of pumpkin pie and it’s stopped with a generous amount of whipped cream and dusted with spice. It comes in one size. When you order, let them know that you want the pumpkin chiffon milkshake and they’ll adjust your order. Split this and the burger with the chiclets and it’ll get you full enough until your next stop.
Graveyard Funnel Cake
Make your way to Ghost Town and pick up Knott’s Spooky Farm’s famous Graveyard Funnel Cake for $11.99 plus tax at Ghost Town Grub. It’s the perfect stop after trick-or-treating through the streets. This shop has the funnel cake available after 11 a.m. and is big enough for at least four chiclets to share. It’s a bit sweet, but if you’re into that, then you’ll love this new twist on their classic funnel cake – it’s topped with OREO bits, hot fudge, ice cream and gummy worms.
Pumpkin Cranberry Churro with Toasted Coconut
Also in Ghost Town, you can find the Pumpkin Cranberry Churro with Toasted Coconut at the Churro Factory for $6.59 plus tax. The churro is available after 12:30 p.m. so maybe catch a show after the funnel cake before stopping by? The churro is enough to be shared by at least two chiclets, and you can make it into a sundae to make it last longer. Take a seat and enjoy it in the shade by the pumpkin decorating at Ghost Town.
Ice Cream Spookiewich
The Ice Cream Spookywich can be found at Cave Inn at Camp Snoopy (in front of the walk-through cave). It’s $6.99 and comprised of a Fruit Loops treat (similar to a Rice Krispies treat) filled with ice cream. It’s served in a convenient food tray so it makes it super easy to eat and share. I would suggest that you ask for a separate tray once it’s served so you can place it under the tray that it comes in – it’ll be less sticky.
These are just five spooky treats that kids will love at Knott’s Spooky Farm – but there are SO MANY MORE limited-time only treats happening this month like:
- Hellfire Chicken Sandwich (at Wilderness Broiler)
- Chicken Slouvaki on Peta Bread (at Ghost Town Grill)
- Calico Classic Homemade Cheeseburger (at Ghost Town Grill)
- Monster Burger (at Ghost Town Grill)
- Pumpkin Spice Latte (at the Coffee Hut)
- Pumpkin Spice Frappe (at the Coffee Hut)
- Salted Caramel Mocha (at the Coffee Hut)
- Salted Caramel Mocha Frappe (at the Coffee Hut)
