Celebrate Día de los Reyes at Disney California Adventure

Join me at the Disneyland Resort this weekend (January 3-6) and celebrate el Día de los Reyes.

Three Kings Day at Disneyland

The Disneyland Resort is celebrating Three Kings Day at its Disney California Adventure Park, in conjunction with ¡Viva Navidad!

Entertainment is scheduled to include baile folklorico, music by the grammy-winning Mariachi Divas, Disney characters in festive, colorful costumes and plenty of holiday photo opportunities. These are also the last days where you can catch the “Disney ¡Viva Navidad! Street Party” – it will be performed six times daily and features the Three Caballeros on a colorful holiday float, Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse on brightly decorated street tricycles, flag-bearers carrying papel picado banners, Mexican folklorico dancers, samba dancers and drummers, plus giant “Mojiganga” puppets.

Disney hosts will also be assisting children at a craft area that includes coloring, storytelling, face painting and crown making. Come celebrate el Día de los Reyes at Disney California Adventure by Paradise Garden Grill, and don’t forget to save room for the pozole, champurrado, y Rosca de Reyes! Enjoy this once-a-year treat while listening to traditional Mariachi, Norteño, and other regional music groups.
