How to make butter

What can you do next time you run out of butter? Make your own! We did just that last week. It was really easy to make and fun too.

How to make butter

1. Add heavy whipping cream to a small container.
2. Add a pinch of salt. We used sea salt.
3. Cover and shake for 15-20 minutes.

This little project turned out to be such a lifesaver for me and my toast. A little tip – leave the whipping cream out for about an hour before you start mixing. It’ll save you some time in the end.
