What can you do next time you run out of butter? Make your own! We did just that last week. It was really easy to make and fun too.
- Add heavy whipping cream to a small container.
- Add a pinch of salt. We used sea salt.
- Cover and shake for 15-20 minutes.
This little project turned out to be such a lifesaver for me and my toast. A little tip – leave the whipping cream out for about an hour before you start mixing. It’ll save you some time in the end.
