Low calorie Halloween treats under 50 calories

Halloween is about a week away and I’m sure you’ve been doing your best dodging candy and other sugary treats left and right. They’re everywhere!!!

Halloween treats under 50 calories

Stay on track with our favorite Halloween treats under 50 calories. They would also be great to hand out to the kids (and adults too!) before going trick-or-treating to keep from digging into the bags of candy. Enjoy!

Ruby Rocket's pops

Ruby Rocket’s Orbit Orange Veggie & Fruit Pops

Enjoy a delicious dessert that is not only guilt-free, but also good for you! Each frozen pop is only 30 calories – the perfected combination of organic oranges, sweet potatoes, carrots, lemons, and strawberries. They’re also an excellent source of Vitamins A and C and with healthy probiotics. Serve the popsicles with Halloween cupcake liners on the stick to catch any drippy mess.

Medium Orange

Peel an orange and discard the rind. Gently place a small piece of celery stalk into the top of the orange and add “eyes” by sticking raisins with two-sided toothpicks.

Peeled grapes for Halloween

1/2 cup Peeled Grapes

Another easy treat – peel grapes and serve them to the kids. Have them close their eyes as they reach for the treat… and tell them their eating eyeballs! Creepy…

Vintage popcorn bags

Small bags of popcorn

Popcorn is a Halloween staple! Cut down the serving and serve in a cute vintage Halloween treat bag (or other similar bag) to make it more festive.

Jamaica hibiscus tea

Jamaica (hibiscus tea)

Jamaica is one of my favorite drinks – and it just so happens to be a super deep red color too. Clean out some test tubes and add the drink into them. If you don’t have jamaica on hand, any other red drink will work too (for example, cranberry juice or cherry juice).
