Update: I took our family to see the show and it was so much fun! We arrived early enough to get our picture on the sleigh. Then we settled in for the 90 minute show (no intermission). While the 3 year old dozed off after 30 minutes, the 7 year old was engrossed and seemed to love the show. All I could hear from him were laughs, singing, and lots of “oohs” and “aahs.” It’s a funny show, very family friendly and the score is perfection. The setting and lighting gave us the perception of watching the namesake book come to life. We can definitely see this becoming a family tradition.
