Did you know that the five-second rule is a myth? So my belief of dropping something on the floor, picking it up and still thinking that it’s okay because of “the 5 second rule” is out the window. It doesn’t exist! After baby numero dos that 5-second rule was easily extended to 10-15 seconds, so it’s been a tough one to live by the new mantra: “when it doubt, throw it out”.
