I can honestly say that Hispanicize 2012 was the major factor in me becoming a professional blogger. It catapulted me into the blogosphere that I am in now and I’m ready to go back to Hispanicize 2013 in Miami, Florida for more.
Yes, the parties were fun, the people even more so (hey, I was even in the flash mob!), but what stood out at Hispanicize were the sessions. Some of my favorite sessions last year included the one about vlogging, Latinos in tech and another on how to use StumbleUpon. I continue to use the resources that were given to me then, to expand my blog today.
This year, I look forward to attending all of the blogger sessions, but especially these three:
- The Blog/Home Life Balance
- How to Plan and Execute a Great Latino Blogger Event
- The Further Adventures of Latino Travel Bloggers
